Win an NG KiDS School visit and National Trust membership
1 January 1970
SORRY, THIS COMPETITION IS NOW CLOSED.
Forget staring at screens all day – it’s time to head out and have some fun with your friends and family!
Experts say one in every ten children never play outside, and that people spend a whopping 90% of their time indoors. Luckily, YOU can help change that, at home and at school. Yay!
Research has shown that being outdoors is really good for you! It improves your health, helps you learn new skills, makes you better at working with people, and gives you a stronger connection with nature. Cool!
Millions of kids around the world took part in this year’s Outdoor Classroom Day on 17 May – a GLOBAL campaign to get children outdoors to play and learn at school, and as part of their everyday lives. Don’t miss the next event on 1 November.
Win a NG KiDS School Visit and National Trust Membership
It’s time to get arty. We want you to create a collage of things that you’ve found while you’ve been outside exploring. Your collage can be a picture of anything you like – an animal or a scene, a self-portrait or just a pretty pattern.
Whatever you decide to create, let your imagination go wild!
To be in with a chance of winning, take a photo of your creation and upload it below. The reader whose collage we like the best will win a school visit from the NG KiDS team, plus a year’s family membership to the National Trust. Cool!
